TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Toimitusehdot suomeksi)

KOKORI (Business ID 2987825-5) sells products in the online shop at www.kokori.fi. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices.


The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping basket. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping basket in the checkout function of the online store. When placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price breakdown. You need to provide a valid email address to receive the order confirmation.


Orders are handled as soon as possible and delivered with the Finnish postal service Posti. For deliveries within Finland: if you choose Postal Parcel (Postipaketti), the order will be delivered to your chosen Posti pickup point. If you choose Home Parcel (Kotipaketti), the order will be delivered directly to your delivery address. Posti will contact the recipient to schedule a delivery time.

At the moment we also deliver online orders to Sweden and Denmark. The shipping rate is calculated at checkout. If you wish to order products to another country, please email us at info@kokori.fi to ask about shipping options and fees.

Pick up from store: You can pick up your order when all the items of the order are available. We will inform you by email or text as soon as the order is ready for pickup.

Our delivery fees include shipping and packaging costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by Posti.


The customer has a right to return ordered products within 14 days of receiving the order. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Before returning the products, send us an email at info@kokori.fi so we can provide you with return instructions. The returned products must be in the same condition as when received. We will refund the price paid once we have received the returned products. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the original delivery fees.

If you did not pick up your order from the delivery company’s pickup point, and the package is returned to us, we will deduct a 20 euro handling fee from the refund.


Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections. The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. Payment methods With Visma Pay

You can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

If the order has been lost or damaged during delivery, or if you have any complaints about the products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. If the package has been damaged during delivery, you should also immediately submit a damage report to Posti.
